The Mandalika – Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC)
The Mandalika area is planned to have a general theme of Sports & Entertainment Destination with the major attraction being the Mandalika International Street Circuit that would bring major races such as MotoGP and World Super Bike to the destination, along with the planned entertainment facilities such as Theme Park.
Indonesia’s Premier Sports and Entertainment Tourism Destination
The Mandalika Tourism SEZ is 2,900 acres of prime beach front development site for Tourism & Hospitality products located in the Southern part of Lombok Island, Indonesia. Strategically located within a 30-min flight from Bali island. The Indonesian Government has officially declared the Mandalika as one of the five Super Priory Tourism Destinations. With an estimated USD 300 million infrastructure development budget, the Mandalika has since continued to attract investment from both domestic and international investors.

The offered investment scheme is Private-Public Partnership through land-lease agreement. The land lease agreement can be secured for up to a period of 80 years which also benefited from various fiscal and non-fiscal incentives from being a designated Tourism Special Economic Zone. Additionally, the Indonesian government has continuously supporting the project through various initiatives from different ministries and other branches of the government e.g. expansion of the Lombok International Airport and the Gili Mas Lembar Seaport.
